About me

deborah-Sarason-Headshot-2.jpg

One of the things that sets me apart from other agents is that I am not interested in selling you just any home in order to rush to the closing table. I embrace the journey of my clients to find the right home in the right area. My career is about changing lives…improving the quality of lives….finding a home and community where families, big and small, can experience new adventures while making lasting memories. This is my responsibility to my clients, and I embrace it every day!

As a licensed REALTOR® in Tennessee (Lic. #354874), I am here to simplify the process and take some of the stress out of your journey. I cover the Nashville area and the very popular, Williamson County cities – Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Arrington, Fairview and a few others. Williamson County is a popular place to live because the schools are the best in the state! You can view the ratings at: www.greatschools.org

Nashville (Davidson County) and Williamson County have a wide range of price points for homes, townhomes, and condo’s. The market has been appreciating steadily over the last few years, with 2021 being no different. The growth of the Nashville and Williamson County area is due to families realizing the advantages of Tennessee. These include: a booming economy with companies opening headquarters in Nashville, no state income tax, affordable housing, low property taxes, beautiful weather with mild winters, entertainment opportunities in Music City, the natural beauty of the state, southern hospitality and great food!

With the crush of people moving here, homes can go under contract within hours after being posted for sale on the MLS. In this situation, is important to be able to act instantly to homes that become available which fit your needs and wants list.
Through experience, the way to do this is to have an educated agent on the ground in Tennessee who can respond quickly with a contract to purchase.

With a shortage of homes on the market, this has caused multiple offers to be placed on existing homes. While more inventory is coming on the market each month, the problem of multiple offers continues to be challenging to home buyers. Knowing what the market is like, and knowing the strategies behind winning a home is key to your move to Tennessee.

Through my 17 years in various areas of real estate, I have come to know how to identify a solid home and a great investment. I had my own real estate rental company in Chicago and purchased and rehabbed many homes. It taught me about construction and what to look for, inside and out, when finding the right home for my clients. (I am not a replacement for a home inspector!)

My family has both a primary residence and rental properties in Williamson County. Having a diverse mix of clients, I have helped clients in most of the cities in Middle Tennessee (yes there is East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and West Tennessee). Whether you are a first-time buyer, looking for your larger dream home, or looking to down size, I can find you the property which fits your needs/wants within your budget. If you are an investor, I can also help find you homes which you can rent, or rehab and flip.

There are many new construction communities around Nashville and Williamson County. I have been in touch with most of them and can help you find a builder and community that is right for you.

New home communities span the price range from $300K up to $1 million and over. The price depends as much on the builder as it does on the size of the home, size of the lot, and what city it is located.
